Shoot anything in India is always such a pleasure especially with Destination Indian wedding photography being our line of work. Every corner and ally presents a new photo opportunity. It really is a photographer dream. The gateway of India is a popular landmark in India. I remember it faintly from a family trip we took to India 8years ago. Faintly, because we were moody
teenagers at the time who refused to get out of the car and only saw it through a car window in between a sleep. Thou times have changed since then and even thou sleeping is still my absolute favourite pass time, I tend to see far more of the places I visit and now hate being hotel bound.

Visiting India presents its own challenges but visiting India during monsoon season presents an entirely different set of challenges. For this shoot monsoon season is probably the best time to shoot at the Gateway. Rainy weather means that it won’t be as crowed, partially cloudy skies take the focus of all the people in the background and the best thing of all, we get awesome reflections.
