Distance between two hearts is not an obstacle but rather a beautiful reminder of just how strong true love can be. ❤ ❤
When I look at these shoots, I can hardly believe we did this. Mits and I have come a long way in the past 4years and it’s thanks to all my couples. Without their confidence in our ideas we wouldn't have seen some of the most beautiful places. If you've ever seen spring blossoms you'll agree with me when I say it takes your breath away. I must admit timing these flowers all the way from Johannesburg was not fun. I'm a perfectionist and once I have an idea in my head it very difficult to let go of the idea. How beautiful would a small intimate wedding would look in between these isles of trees? Looking at these photos now I almost forget that it was about 10degrees that day. The 3 of us were warm but Sheetal braved the cold in this beautiful outfit. Their Indian wedding took place in summer place Johannesburg around March this year, we managed to shoot them in the wedding outfit but not the reception outfit hence we decided to do another shoot. There colour of her reception lehenga was so bright and vibrant, she looked beautiful in any location you put her in. I was quite chuffed that the mountains turn purple in franschhoek at sunset, it matched here outfit perfectly! If you missed there beautiful garden wedding on our blog click here Tershia and Himesh are tying the knot this December. She is moving down to Cape Town after the wedding hence we thought a Cape Town engagement shoot would be a perfect location. Especially since the wedding will be in Pretoria as is custom in Gujarati weddings for the bride's family to host the function in their hometown. This was yet another early morning shoot. We are so used to shooting super early that we didn’t realize that the sun only comes up at about 7 in Cape Town. The concept for this shoot was, colourful and fun with a dash of amazing scenery. Horses on the beach have always been something I dreamt of shooting and I must say that this August was filled with dream shoots. It was almost as if I had to keep pinching myself to check if it all was real. So a huge thank you goes out to all the couples that made this august possible and so amazing for Mitesh and myself. I can’t wait to share the rest on the blog and our Facebook page. We are looking forward to all your comments. go to http://www.facebook.com/DesignerphotoSA for more
