How long in advance do I have to book Designer photo?
Preferably a year in advance to ensure your booking but you can have a look at our calendar to check our availability for your wedding.

How do we confirm a booking?
By paying a 30% deposit on invoice amount.

Can we change the packages to suit our own needs?
Yes, we prefer to customize packages per client, so tell us what you require and we will try and make it possible. The standard package list is just there to give you a brief idea of what we offer.

What type of albums do you offer?
We only specialize in coffee table stitch bound albums. You can add canvas prints, wallpaper prints or normal prints later.

Yes depending on our availability

Do you do video?
No, But we have partners that we work with. If you require more info please fill out a contact form.

Can you send pictures to my videographer for the DVD cover?
unfortunately not, this becomes a very time consuming process as we shoot many weddings a year.

Can you fix my old wedding pictures?
Unfortunately not, that is the exact reason we do what we do. To ensure that our clients love our images forever ( we hate flashed out weddings). All we can offer for you is a possible re-shoot or the highly recommended couples shoot.
